1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using MísterLab (misterlab.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the platform.
2. Service description
MísterLab is a SaaS platform for football coaches that lets you:
- •Plan and manage training sessions.
- •Manage player rosters and their stats.
- •Log matches and results.
- •Use a digital tactics board.
- •Access artificial intelligence features for analysis and content generation.
- •Export content as PDF.
3. Registration and account
To use MísterLab you must create an account with truthful, up-to-date information. You are responsible for:
- •Keeping your password confidential.
- •All activity carried out from your account.
- •Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
MísterLab reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans and subscriptions
Free trial
New users get 15 days of free trial with full access to the Pro plan. No credit card required. Once the trial period ends, access will be limited until a paid plan is activated.
Paid plans
- • Basic monthly plan: €4.99/month
- • Basic annual plan: €39.99/year
- • Pro monthly plan: €9.99/month
- • Pro annual plan: €79.99/year
Prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT will be added per current regulations.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your profile or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no prorated refund.
5. Refund policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you're not satisfied with the service. After that period, no refunds will be issued for unused time. To request a refund, write to us at hola@misterlab.app.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MísterLab to:
- ✗Engage in illegal activities or infringe on third-party rights.
- ✗Post offensive or fraudulent content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- ✗Attempt to access accounts or systems that aren't yours.
- ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the software.
- ✗Resell or sublicense access to the service to third parties.
7. Intellectual property
All code, design, branding, and content generated by MísterLab are the exclusive property of MísterLab and are protected by intellectual property law.
Content you enter (sessions, drills, player data, etc.) is yours. MísterLab claims no rights over that content and only uses it to provide you the service.
8. Service availability
MísterLab strives to keep the service continuously available, but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MísterLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. MísterLab's total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
10. Service modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. In the event of significant price changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable regulations.
